Our client, a financial institution specializing in loans and financing, had a critical need to enhance the customer experience by allowing users to apply for loans directly through the Google Pay (GPay) app. The objective was to enable customers to complete the entire loan application process independently without requiring assistance from sales personnel. Implementing a seamless loan application process through Google Pay came with several technical and operational challenges. The client faced several challenges while trying to implement this new feature:
