Our client is a global streetwear clothing brand headquartered in Los Angeles. Known for premium-quality basics and strong roots in urban culture, the brand serves customers in more than 220 countries. Despite this growth, the company’s operational processes, such as spanning inventory, subcontracted manufacturing, warehouse management, and global distribution, were fragmented across multiple systems.
