Position Overview

We seek someone with expertise in Salesforce and sufficient hands-on experience across different Salesforce clouds. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Apex, Triggers, Flows, Data Model Setup, Visualforce, LWC (or Aura), and Integration. This role offers the opportunity to develop customized Salesforce solutions with technical leadership and best practices across integration and application development.

Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to build customized solutions
Provide technical leadership and set best practices for integration and application development
Develop and deploy testing frameworks (unit and systems) with iterative refinement
Develop intuitive UI using Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Frameworks
Collaborate to identify business needs and implement solutions
Define, communicate, and manage change management processes for new and updated applications/code
Ensure source code management, version control, and code deployment standards

3-5 years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform
Mandatory experience in Sales and Service Cloud
Experience writing Apex classes and triggers
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX
Strong business analysis and functional experience including requirements gathering and solution deployment
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills
Understanding of Salesforce architecture and API
Experience using GitHub or other version control software
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications
Strong JavaScript, LWC, or Aura development skills
Knowledge of various asynchronous capabilities in Salesforce and use cases
Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
Understanding of data sharing, visibility considerations, and platform architecture
Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies

Understanding of additional Salesforce Clouds (Vlocity, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Health Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Data Cloud)
