Automated Loan Analysis and Borrower Emails with Agentforce for a Salesforce-Native Lending Platform

A US-based Salesforce-native lending ISV building a loan management and origination platform for private lenders, alternative finance companies, and community lending organisations had full architectural access to Agentforce but no implemented AI layer. Loan officers spent hours manually reviewing documents, writing credit narratives from scratch, and drafting every borrower communication by hand. Applying its AI-First approach, Ksolves implemented six Prompt Builder templates, two autonomous agent actions, a borrower portal agent, and an Einstein Copilot assistant – giving the platform the ability to analyse loan documents, generate credit narratives, identify failed transactions, and draft borrower emails entirely autonomously.
- Loan Officers Spending Hours on Manual Document Review: Every incoming application contained multiple documents - PDF bank statements, scanned financial records, income verification, and ID uploads. Loan officers manually read each, extracted data points, and synthesised a credit narrative - hours per application with no AI assistance and significant quality variability across reviewers.
- No Automated Credit Narrative Generation: The four critical credit dimensions - borrower overview, loan purpose, financial health, and risk assessment - were written manually from scratch for every application. No structured AI template existed, leading to inconsistent underwriting quality.
- Failed Transactions Requiring Manual Investigation: Identifying failed payments and transaction anomalies required manual querying of transaction records and repayment histories with no autonomous capability to surface issues proactively or respond to a natural language query.
- Borrower Communications Drafted Manually: Every borrower communication was written from a blank document - acknowledgements, document requests, approval notifications, payment reminders - consuming significant time per communication with inconsistent tone and turnaround.
- No Agentforce Layer on a Salesforce-Native Platform: The lending platform had full architectural access to Agentforce but no implemented AI layer. No Prompt Builder templates, no agent actions, no borrower portal agent, and no Einstein Copilot - significant AI value available but never activated.

- 6 Prompt Builder Templates - Complete AI Underwriting Layer: Built and tested all six templates connected to live Salesforce loan record data - application summary, four credit narratives, and email drafting - all generating accurate, contextual outputs without any manual data input.
- Get Transaction + Get Repayments Agent Actions: Two custom Agentforce actions enable the AI agent to autonomously retrieve transaction records and repayment schedules. A loan officer asks in plain English and receives a structured, accurate response from live data - no manual record navigation required.
- Borrower Portal Agent + Omni-Channel + Embedded Service: Agentforce Service Agent deployed for the Borrower Portal with Omni-Channel routing and Embedded Service. Borrowers query application status, repayment schedules, and document requirements autonomously - staff escalation for exceptions only.
- Custom Opportunity Action and Training Programme: Custom Agentforce action on the Opportunity record enables loan officers to trigger AI workflows from the loan page. Structured training programme delivered - the client team trained and able to extend AI capabilities independently.
