The client is a mid-market healthcare and consumables distribution company operating across the Middle East, managing procurement, sales, inventory, and travel operations entirely within Odoo ERP. With a growing user base of internal operations staff and analysts, the organisation needed a way to democratise access to ERP data without compromising security or requiring SQL skills.

 

Their leadership team had set an ambitious digital-transformation mandate, requiring that non-technical staff be able to interrogate business data conversationally rather than through rigid form-based search, and needed a solution that could be deployed as a standard Odoo module without introducing new data pipelines, external BI tools, or AI infrastructure the organisation did not have.
