Overview

    - Dashboards show referral performance by organization, conversion rates, and estimated donation value per channel.
  • Sustainability Program:
    - Built a dedicated data structure to track all sustainability activity across stores, waste haulers, recyclers, and vendors, organized in a hierarchy for individual, regional, or organization-wide reporting.
    - Each landfill pickup is recorded with location, quantity, disposal rate, cost, and vehicle details.
    - At the end of the month, the system automatically calculates the diversion rate for every store with no manual calculation required.
    - Monthly salvage volumes are tracked across material categories, including cardboard, electronics, scrap metal, textiles, and plastics.
    - Regulatory waste records require all mandatory fields to be completed before saving, blocking incomplete submissions at the platform level.
  • Agentforce AI Call Intelligence:
    - Every completed call is automatically sent to Agentforce AI, which produces a structured summary covering key discussion points, action items, sentiment, follow-up needs, and suggested next steps.
    - The summary is saved directly against the relevant contact or account record, so the team always has full context before their next interaction
    - If the AI identifies action items, a follow-up task is automatically created and assigned with a due date.
    - Call transcripts and summaries are only visible to team members with explicit access, keeping sensitive conversations secure.
